Donald Grieb - Lake Drive house, Whitefish Bay

This house was completed in the 1950s by a widower seeking a smaller house, she originally lived across the street on the Lake Michigan side. Designed as a two bedroom, the family room which was not adjoining the spacious living room was placed next to the bedrooms. Later that space was converted into a third bedroom.
